here it is a circuit which can used to stored binary bit...1.. and. 0 . when the data input is 1.... clock is 0 ..in that condition the value is enters in the latch circuit but not stored ...this value 1 is stored in the latch when the clock is high ....as the clock is high value 1 is stored in latch ....and remain stored even clock is low after storing the value....note...during the clock high don't changes the input ...if it is happen ...it will directly affect at the output ...
one thinng also...the stored value either it is 1 or 0 can't be interchanged or inter convert
