Choose transistors with a low Rds <10 m Ohm, e.g., IRF3205 (8mOhm )or similar
I use 4x Irf1404 (4mOhm)
I built this circuit in real life.
Here's my improvement:
Connects three capacitors in series.
This increases efficiency. Connect a resistor in parallel to each capacitor.
8v power supply required to charge the caps
