4-way latched only one at a time on and reset or clear to have all off.

Each button is latched so the output stays on, and when any other button is pressed the current one will turn off and the new circuit will turn on. Power switch just left of the 5 volt supply and a clear/all off - button about top center that will turn all outputs off.
