This circuit is used on RV's to display the current battery voltage based on 3 led's. 12V, 11V, and 10V.
The 3 op amps would make up the LM339 differential comparator IC.
12V Power supply would be the battery, adjust the voltage up and down to see the effect.
The 8V power source would be a LM7808 voltage regulator.
