Inspired by a similar circuit posted on here. This one takes 3V or higher logic levels and can drive power MOSFETs with standard gate threshold ( 10V for minimum Rds ) For small MOSFETs the output buffer could be omitted. It is included to supply the high current required to quickly charge/discharge the relatively high input capacitance of power MOSFETs, this here being represented by the 6nF capacitor.
