And and Or gates made from a pair of diodes each. The output is between the resistor and the diodes. Google tells me you can't make a Not gate without a transistor, which makes sense.

The Or gate is simple - either input can he the voltage source for the output.

The And gate I had to google. It's also pretty simple when google tells you the answer - either input can be the ground for the 5V source.
