i dont know any JFET with cutoff voltage zero volt, you missed the DC source at the gate to model a JFET correct. J310 cutoff -2 to -6.5V ! but not zero

"what is the transmission range?" Lenny what is the output power? Nobody knows your antenna, so your question is irrelevant. Lookup some tables for 27MHz and correct it for your antenna. But befor calculate the output power if you can.
