This circuit converts an octal number into it's binary form. To adjust the octal number close the NO buttons. The upper button adds to the octal number while the lower button subtracts from the octal number. The binary form of the octal number is displayed below the octal number. If a light is one it stands for 1. If it is off it stands for 0.
