Yes, but we both know why i made it so ) i'd wanted to make it work properly switching digit right in time exactly when strobe signal rises at the beginnig of its period and avoid some artefacrs like short pulses appearing when output states of logic element are the same before and after switching but it changes for a short time during signal rises and falls at some points of the circuit due to the swiching takes a little but finite time and topology of the circuit. It can be simplified but also can be constructed some kind a canonical way )
