It detects pattern 1010 and indicates by high output.
Three pins :
Pin 1 = 1 for overlapping and 0 for non-overlapping detector.
Pin 2 = Input
Pin 3 = Manual clock
Once the sequence is detected, output is given by high (red in graph) logic or by illuminating LED.
