There are a few issues here. Increase the voltage to at least 3 volts to overcome diode drops. Move ground to 0V rail which is the lower end of capacitor. I would increase load resistor to, say, 100 Ohms and monitor output voltage on top end of capacitor. Increasing the capacitor to 500uF will improve smoothing.

Personally I would not monitor the currents - unless you have a special interest in this. As the voltage trace steadies the scope will auto range and the ripple will pretty much fill the screen. If you also monitor the ground 0V connection it will prevent the auto-ranging. Finally, in a real circuit I’d probably make the input voltage at least 6V. Hope this helps.
