Out put getting from.. IC4017 and 555timer.. Clock signal. In the name board 3 shares,
FirstName, 2ndName, Phone #.
Btn 1. Out1 =ic4017 Q1.1stName ON for 1sec.
Then Off for 1sec, Q2 is empty.
Btb2. Out2 = ic4017 Q3, 2ndName ON for 1sec.
Then Off for 1sec, Q4 is empty.
Btn3. Out3 = ic4017 Q5...phone #
Then Off. ...
Btn4, out 4 = ic4017 Q7,Q8,Q9.all leds groups...FirstName, 2ndName, Phone # ON for 3 sec.

How to manage voltage ? any led group can be 100 to 500+ leds.?
