Zener Diode_need Help

Is there something that I am not getting about the zener diode or does the breakdown voltage not work?

add a resistance of 1.5 ohm in between the source and the diode and connect a voltmeter to the diode..it will give you the result.

oh, okay. I am using the chrome web-app so that makes sense. Tried it on my phone and it works, thanks.

It seems that you added a 10 volt DC offset to the initial AC source which makes your lowest voltage -5 volts
