with the cap between push pull stage and opamp it just work here on the simulator, cuz its perfectly symetric. it won't work for a long time in real. You have to dc couple it. Otherwise the opamp will go into saturation/clipping sooner or later.

Ok so far. but as long you have another cap within the loop any offset will endup in clipping. For prof just put 30µV DC offset to your input AC source restart simulation and see how the output is clipping. So you have to close the loop before the coupling 1mF cap. Keep it up!
