Change the 5.6k resistor to 10k for divide by 3 and 22k for 2 main clock is 1khz bottom centre. It's primary intended to divide a 1khz clock for a project I had but can be adapted to other clock frequencies. By retuning the caps. I didn't have the required logic at the time so this was built.
