PC Fan Inverted Controller.

Controls a fan (via a resistor) via a dual  MOSFET driver.

The inversion is needed, as a PC's cooling fans need to be on if the control driver fails.

Another inversion could be used for easier control.

Generally a good setup, but the EC mosfets here need adjusting to depict full switching .... especially the second one, since it is only allowing about 60mA through, whereby a real setup with that resistor would pass much more current, nearer 300mA (12v/40 Ohm).
