I would download a spec app to show your specs of your phone. The best one I know for android is Z-CPU. It might be your RAM if you can run graphic wise games.

Try restarting your phone or reinstalling EC. If it doesn't work, try wiping cache. To wipe cache, go to settings, storage, and hit cache. Click Yes or Ok to delete cache.

I play pubg with HD and high fps settings..it works smoothly...but mine also EC lags at heavy complex circuit simulation...

EC will take huge processing power..like calculations...the rendering in EC is too simple so GPU load is like 8% here...but my main processor clocks at 1.8Ghz all the time..(octa core)

That's all normal, though I doubt the GPU has anything to do with EC, try the other steps that I advised. I got 2.4GHz and 3Gb RAM, EC barely uses CPU or RAM.

GPU will be loaded but only a little. Everycircuit requierments are for the main CPU and this mean for the Java virtual machine. Some phones do have there own propritary java interpreter and even do a cross compilation for its own code. So on my motorola old razar phone EC works quicker then on newest Huawei. I think the java virual machine performance is the key for high performance of everycircuit. There are also a lot of tests available

Essentially, all I can tell you is to use a different device.

For the virtual machine i remember Google had the plan to do its own one to not get into licencing issues with Oracle. Wasn't it “Dalvik“ anyway, on some phones you had the option to switch between both machines, (which needs an update of all apps!) Right @sshsslfun, you can measure as much as you want at the end you do know whats the bottleneck but cant change anything, and you need a new phone anyway 😵

There is even a new operating system inappropriately called go android which is designed to use minimalist smart phone architecture. Its rubbish! Do not buy any phone that offers this

To really reset an android, phone , you need a 2kg hammer. Smash the phone inside several layers of plastic bag. You can then use the fine smashed grit to form a rudimentary but highly stable moldable reinforced resin.

Looks like I will leave the EC for some time now. The phone is new and I'm not getting another one as It's more than capable of running this app.

EC on Google Chrome is not for free, its extra costs, right?
