Requires two rail-to-rail op-amps (can be refitted for others). Pulse width is adjusted from 0% to 100% with the bottom-most potentiometer. Frequency is adjusted from 13 kilohertz to 140 kilohertz and can be adjusted further by adjusting the oscillator capacitance and topmost potentiometer's resistance.
Requires you to inject noise by shaking your device or moving the camera rapidly.
