Opposite of NPN you will add 0.7V across the Base Emitter junctions. This example has voltage Divider set to 6V. Then two base junctions so thats 0.7V x 2 = +1.4V added to the 6V which is 7.4V on the Emitter. Then VCC-Vb = 15-7.4 = 7.6V V.E.C.
