Nice. Taking logic from the 7 segment decoder does saves you a couple gates.

If you build this in real life you'll want to add pull-down resistors on the inputs. ie: in the circuit, when the button is unpressed, it's not really low, but floating, in this state, it is susceptible to noise and unpredictable.

Just connect a resistor between ground and input that has the switch.
