If the voltage goes over 6V it will connect it to ground via a 100k resistor.

this is like robbi_kiddi tries for years to protect BJTs with such an high ohmic 100kOhm resistor. Unfortunately waste of material. I recommend lower values to make safer circuits, if anway needed. Depends on your usecase here!
