You can change delay time using preset that series to capacitor When push the button capacitor drop high current and that capacitor connected to base voltage 0.7v drop. When it drop and it allows to flow current another transistor across 47k resistor then led start to on until reach capacitor charging voltage upto 0.7v when it reach than capacitor connected to transistor on and it drow high current throw 47k resistor that current will limit to led connected transistor on and it is going to off

This works fine unless you increase the simulator to 1s/s. Here are three other delay circuits. _ _ http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6305588850982912 and http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6025434197393408 and http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5984216383488000

Thanks you to point it out but you can anyway change those resistor capacitor value to increase time delay. Actually i made it for demonstration i really forgot to make for 1s 2s delays. Now you can count seconds
