Simple H-bridge using two pnp trans and four npn trans with two light emitting  diode to show you how 
to control the voltage direction with digital pulse.you can simply replace two light emitting  diodes with one 
dc-motor also you can change voltage source and re-calculate resistances..red is reverse direction and green is forward direction
