In Minecraft, a comparator when the to torch is on and the output is connected to the Input A the comparator acts as a clock, the same thing is in the same thing except its digital. When the AND gate receives an input that is "1" it's output is still zero(0), therefore, the NOT gate inverts it to one(1) which enters the AND gate causing its output to be one causing it to be an output of 1 and the NOT gate inverts it to zero(0) causing the output of the AND gate to be zero(0) and it goes on an on until it eventually stops, (tap the logic source to begin the clock)
