This circuit generates a approx 375 Hz triangle wave there are four parts to this circuit a current source that charges the 1 uf capacitor a buffer then a current sink that discharges @ 2 * the charge current that is activated by the threshold compare and trigger circuit

Good, Instead of fixed current sink and source (one with current x and one with current 2x) you could use adjustable current sources to control the frequency without changing the peak voltage. Check this if you not already have "Function Generator Rectangle Triangle Sinwave". Keep it up!

Its my first attempt at this the current sink is out off circuit until the charge reaches threshold the circuit is based around the formula 1/f = t c * v / t = i charging current 2*i = discharging current could you explain a bit more on how you would approach this
