The red 7 is the preset number...you can load any.
The orange counts down the impulses in between the blue needle impulse.
The two blue digits count the needle impulses.
So it's kind of a frequency counter you can play with.

I like the idea, smooth as possible. I never know this "barrow" can send the data to the other counter, I might keep it as reference.
