Creates positive output pulses during input transitions. Most effective for sinusoids or other waveform having significant transition periods. Although a simple 4 diode full wave rectifier can do much the same thing I wanted a way to have both input and output referenced to ground. If anyone can show me how that can done with passives alone I'd like to see it.
