Can anyone help..i have copy this from someone but it doesnt work.

The capacitor attaching the trigger pin of the 555 to ground has too high value. Instead of 100uF, try something lower like 10nF or just adjust the simulation speed.

Reduce capacitance from 100uF to 30nF, the LED will now begin flashing.
