Simple low voltage cutoff circuit based on a 555 timer. Designed for 2C input from LiPo with 12v reference from downline circuit. Has hysterisus that should kick in with charging load only. Led comes on when cutoff is engaged. 

One small problem to solve still: the circuit is normally on so disconnecting and reconnecting the battery activates the circuit briefly which might be bad for downline components.
