On off from PC serial - logic

Turns a load on and off using 2 outputs of a PC's srial port, this can be scaled up to have 8 outputs and 256 loads. --unstable-- if a signal is present the the power to the load will flicker continuously for the duration of the signal, having the flipflop stop at the opposite signal is not guranteed. If anyone know how i can stablize it please do tell me! I'm a beginner at this. USE: Load the 2 binary inputs first: 00 = . 01 = top lamp 11 = middle lamp 10 = bottom lamp Then breifly turn on the switch (binary input at the very left side) to load the input to the circuit **If the flip-flop keeps flickering just input a 00 to the circut to stop it.. the signal gets stuck sometimes on the app.

Put a 50uF cap in the latch connector Q to all of the three latches. This will stabilize the output.

Connect one side of the 50uF cap to the Q connector and the other side to the ground.
