Remove the resistor load put a capacitor and you get 15 volts from the 1 volt voltage source. Pretty neat

@dansperfect, it is possible to get 15V output simply if you change the gains by increasing the feedback resistor at the second opamp aswell as the resistor at its noninverting terminal to 15k Ohm.

I see what you mean with the capacitor giving 15V. But there is much simpler circuits to do that xD
