7414 is not a OpAmp. Anyway it can be seen as an amplifier which is actually made for the digital world, were the.schmitt trigger behaviour limits the output values to LOW and HIGH. Not really analog

The equal sign is meant not as what Parts too use, there are no schmitttriger logicgates in EC and no Gate Driver ICs
