Interesting. Most current is coming from base/generator. Still think about. There were already millions of circits which by random use BJT in reverse mode, but nobody so far really was thinking about if EC model is doing it correctly. Secuture would quite helpful to bring some light into such a discussion. Unfortunately he disappeared again...........

If he still has a page, I would suggest looking through his circuits to find this. I'm reasonably sure he covered this with an explanation..
