Sorry @BillyT, but this needs two more resistors (the one at power source is not needed it just there to show you a problem) check this against your circuit http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5746219757600768

@hurz, yes that also stops the fly back generated voltage.

Can you show me an AND gate with transistor @BillyT ? I have some questions about these gates. Do I need a pulldown resistor for them? Are mosfets used with them? Cant we use bjts?
