Generates two different output waveforms of matched variable frequency. Bottom left output is square wave, top right is triangle wave. Flip the switch (bottom left) to introduce noise and then immediately open it again and leave it open to start the oscillation (the switch is not the power supply, it is there only to introduce a seed noise to start the feedback loop. Actual power comes from the rails of the Op Amps. No oscillations will occur if the switch is left closed. Real world circuit would not require any seed voltage to begin oscillation.) Change the frequency of the two output waves with the potentiometer (middle). The two voltmeters are positioned at the two outputs.
