this is a decor idea in a home aquarium where if it is a day it should be white led and if it's night should be blue led
the 15 v source is basically a solar panel
* try to adjust the 15v source to light the blue led
- the purpose of the zener diode and transistor is to regulate the voltage
- the role of the diode is to don't pass a current from the base of the pnp
- the purpose of the 10kohm (the one linked to the base ) is for regulate the voltage that should make the transistor ON and the second one (which is linked to the ground ) is to make a path for the current that can't pass through the diode
I will be happy for some advice and improvements

I'd probably go for an LDR instead of a solar panel as they're a lot smaller and cheaper. Also if you use rgb leds you can have the blue part always on then switch the red and green on to make them white.
