Converts 115V RMS (163V peak) to 12VDC at up to 50W, with a 200uV (200 micro Volts) peak to peak ripple at full power (less ripple at lower power). Can provide stable 12VDC with a highly varying load (like an amplifier) as long as it doesn't consume more than 50W, and can take up to 500mA of back flow.
