Basic Non-Inverting Operational Amplifier. The ratio of input and output resistances defines the gain. Gain = (1+(Rf/R1)) where Rf is the feedback resistor connected from the Op-Amp output to the Inverting Input and R1 is connected to the Inverting input and GND. The signal to be amplified is applied to the Non-Inverting input of the Op-Amp.
