IO pin LED driver

This circuit should be helpfull to drive load from IO pin without sinking too much current.
I haven't already tried it but I hope it works :-D

I tried it using a pic12 and it works. It's a good idea to add a resistance between the DRAIN of the Pmos and the base of the npn on the right. In this way current is limited and bjts dont became hot!!!!!
