Solar cell - duskensing - night light - with mosfet

The changing voltage source is to represent a solar cell (5v) in a day and night cycle. The 3.7v is a over/under charged protected LiPo battery.

A very neat circuit. Could you please explain a LiPo battery is created I can not find one listed in the components nor a way to change an existing component to create a new one. Thanks
