Stan Myers original h2 circuit. To summarize things don’t force things but vibrate them. To break a glass cup you don’t even need force to break it apart but just sound (600Hz - 900Hz) depending on the cups vibration. Same thing with water don’t force it using great force from the battery, just vibrate it. You’ll make more hydrogen then needed which is usually the issue of not enough. That’s it. :)

A microphone placed close to an object vibrating can help determine objects resonant frequency. Then increase volume at resonant frequency and expect violent shattering. Experienced stone masons know temperature greatly effects how stones will break when chiseled with brick hammer. Some days nothing breaks well.
