Drives 12 LEDs in a robust circuit that handles a low voltage automobile battery very well. Very useful to keep flashers working bright. This is demonstrated by the step voltage down to 10V. Using a diode junction as the reference voltage, the current is reduced at high temperatures, protecting the LEDs. If the diode is in thermal contact with a typical LED, the temperature tracking improves. The circuit has a resistor for each series string to distribute current evenly. If required, start the Sim, then close the switch.
