The tube handle with insulated wires inside of tube is not shown that holds the electric stove heating coil element that has been pushed into cooking charcoal to ignite the coal without flame or fuel. Charcoal ignition temperature is 349°C or 660.2°F Small burner electric coil stove elements reach 932 to 1112°F

Here is another thing can do.for exteem heat....rub ash onto sugar cube then light it {won't burn without the ash},, one sugar cube should boil a cup of water easy.. Mountaineer's trick.
