Hear 2 relay switch used in such a way that it restricts the out put of blue ball as per the range difference between the relay operated switch.

Green LED= indicator of current flow to the circuit
Blue LED = indication o out put voltage or battery
Red LED= indicator of high voltage input
Yellow LED= indicator of low input voltage

Just voltage up and down to the input battery and switch on the circuit and see the magic
