Try using some different values for each resistor, analyze that and write down all your findings. You'll learn a lot from that! Also (if you can) build it on a breadboard and measure everything with a oscilloscope it gives you a lot of insight of what actually happens! ;)

And flip plus and minus input terminal of opamp or you will have a suprise.Never use an opamp with positive feedback only, if you expect a linear behaviour. Keep it up.

Increase e.g. left voltage to more than 13V and see how you get into nonlinear schmitt trigger operation which you can not escape. Only by power off/simulation restart.
