These three circuits flash the left LEDs 3 times then the right LEDs 3 times, then repeats. The only difference is the choice of chips.

Nice work though but the flashing rates re not uniform due to the fact that the transistors are tied directly to the ground.Search for Police Lights under my profile and see what I mean.
