How to lower power on transistor.

Is test of lowering power on transistor and securing circuit from the worst situation. On right side is project of two resistors and choosing voltage for transistor. This way transistor will have less WATS.

What? It might be because of your broken english, but I don't understand your concept. What exactly do you mean with "the worst situatuon", you mean saturation or something else?

Worst situation is when voltage is lower or is higher. Or if transistor will be damaged. Normally I will not put Resistor there with led, but then transistor will take more WATS and will be hot.
