Up your voltage to 3.5 volts and that will light your led. Also, throw a capacitor in parallel with your led and set it to about 6m farads. It won't stay lit the whole time, but most of it. Any higher than this and it spends more time charging the capacitor and won't lit the led.

Scratch what I just said, I tried it again to double check and it didn't work... This sim sometimes... Anyways just play with the capacitor value to see what works best for you. 100u farads worked for me this time.
