Someone knows the math equation describing ecg waveform in his entire period?

Mr Fourier knows as approximation

😃 Yes of course!

We had to build something like this as a sort of introductory LT SPICE course for our class in signal processing. Add an RC circuit and it becomes somewhat nice and round.

@giomix, do you have real recorded data, e.g. three channels in 8bit and 8kHz samples, or a little less fast? I guess there must be a database outside to keep billions of samples for millions patients with thausands of diseases.

@hurz, no I have not, but I have found this study https://www.researchgate.net/publication/236202560_Development_of_Analog_ECG_simulator_using_standalone_embedded_system

This should be the form due the electro--mechanical generator (heart and blood circuit ) https://www.nature.com/articles/s41597-020-0386-x/figures/1

circuits are millions on the web. im watching for an open database. Your second link looks promissing, anyway takes a while 700MByte

some clicks deeper and following a literatur reference link, there seems to be data in zip and excel, quality who knows??

@giomix, have you seen the zip archive 720MByte ? its from ~10600 patients each 10s 500Hz sample rate. Can you see/interprete if the data are fine. Anyway, ECG does need more then one stream/electrode, which one is most interessting?

i think from here you get better data and description https://physionet.org/content/wctecgdb/1.0.1/
