Neutrals carry current while a ground does not. What do you think? Any suggestions for improvements or corrections that need to be made to either the description or the circuit?

So far description is correct! But the ground wire does more then being just persent. For example, In case of an bad isolation were life does have contact to metal shielding of the device, ground wiring must be able to carry more current then neutral to secure trip the circuit breaker. Thats why it must be a little thicker then neutral. And it must be a little longer, because in case of mechanical stress by pulling the wires, ground must be the last wire before all other wires are lossing contact.
